This fountain and lawn are behind the Willow Heights mansion, in the level below the
ceremony area.
Khanni and Chris had requested a picture with them near the fountain. I waited until the sun was low enough so that the scene was in shade. Then we spent a few minutes creating this image. Guests were arriving as we finished. Khanni and Chris wanted the formal portraiture done before the ceremony. This gave them more time to spend with their guests afterwards. This also allowed the ceremony to be later in the day. They knew that if a sunset ceremony runs late, there is not enough light for outdoor portraits after the ceremony Because we had already done some full length portraits earlier in the day, they already knew how to follow my posing instructions. |
